We are a kickboxing based program.You have to do all three parts together every class. We are not a cross training program. You must train 3 days week, or 12 times a month period. Our expectation of your attendance and training is mandatory, not whatever.

We compete in at least sport karate (point karate)Those who train in any type of fighting and don't compete lose the most valuable part of fight training,

Karate free sparring is safe and competitive. Men, women, and children enjoy it in all ages and ability levels. Our training also requires going through belt ranking in Chung Do Kwon Tae Kwon Do. Both of these activities are mandatory in the WCB Program.

The Program WCB Format

This class is taught with same vigor and zeal as Bobby Knight does with his athletes. That includes the language and high expectation that goes with going to the next level. If you cannot be coached or pushed then you will not train in White Collar Boxing.
